None. Cue does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers — because Cue has no servers. There is no sign-up, no account, and no login. Everything you create in Cue stays on your device.
Cue's voice-follow feature uses your microphone together with Apple's on-device speech recognition to scroll your script in time with your voice. This processing happens locally on your iPhone. Your audio is not recorded for this purpose, is not sent to us, and is not sent to any third party.
If you choose to record video while reading, Cue uses your camera and microphone to capture that video on your device. Recordings are saved to your Photos library only when you ask Cue to save them. We do not upload, copy, or access your recordings.
Cue requests permission to add the videos you record to your photo library. Cue does not read or browse your existing photos.
Cue Pro is sold through Apple's App Store using Apple's In-App Purchase system. Your payment is handled entirely by Apple — Cue never receives your name, card details, or Apple Account information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Cue contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We do not use cookies or identifiers to track you across apps or websites.
Cue is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. Because Cue collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect information from children.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control of it. Deleting a script removes it from Cue, and deleting the app removes all of its data from your iPhone.
If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in an app update.
